A trained Bharatanatyam dancer, Sadhna is the daughter and disciple of Smt. Lakshmi Venkatesh, founder and guru of the Smt. Lakshmi Academy of Dance.

Alongside the arts, Sadhna works as a pediatric occupational therapist, specialising in sensory integration and child-centred care.
